United Sterling and Shanghai Diving Equipment Factory jointly exhibited at the iSAR – International Search and Rescue Conference and Exhibition in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, where Mr. Zhang Rongjun, Deputy Director General, Shanghai Salvage Bureau and APRC Director, gave a multimedia presentation on “Ways to establish an efficient and effective national Search and Rescue System”. The session generated a lot of questions and a lively discussion.
